The Aristomat GL 2032 is aimed at the corrugated cardboard industry. Machine frame and table support are made from sturdy Aluminum/Honeycomb sandwich modules; for optimal stiffness, noise reduction, and vibration control. The work table features a built-in matrix-area vacuum system for secure material hold-down. As a standard, the machine is equipped with a 3.3 kW vacuum pump, but various other vacuum pumps of different power and from different manufacturers can be fitted. The machine can be equipped with an optional conveyer system for automatic material loading, transport and offloading. The machine is equipped with an improved OT.T.M.P multi toolhead for oszillated cutting, automatic axis differentiated creasing, marking, resp. drawing, and laser guided positioning. ARISTO offers a wide range of modular and interchangeable tools and tool heads for all kind of materials and applications. The machine automatically recognizes individual tool heads. The Aristomat GL can automatically compensate for skew, stretch, angle, and shrink of materials to be processed. The extreme velocity and acceleration values are the result of a complete redesign of the moving system and drives, featuring powerful AC servo motors vs. the DC servos used in the smaller SL and CL machines. The precision microprocessor controller of the GL series is an ARISTO own development, offering many additional new features such as real-time contour smoothing, and vector optimization. The GL is plug-compatible to all PC and MAC computers. All moving guidance and transmission parts are encapsulated to optimize protection against accidental intervention, catching or crimping. The entire moving system stops immediately and disconnects all drives if an impact against the moving gantry occurs. Due to the high speed performance of the GL machines, safety issues were in special focus during the design process. Aristomat machines are made in Germany in accordance with EN-ISO 9001 procedures and all relevant technical industry standards and have CE certification. |
